Acadexa operates on a subscription-based SaaS model. Schools may subscribe monthly or annually. All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. App Permissions

The mobile application may request permissions such as:

Internet access (required for system functionality)
Camera (for profile or document uploads)
Storage (to upload/download files)
Notifications (to receive academic alerts)
Location access (only if transportation tracking is enabled by the school)

Permissions are used strictly for intended platform functionality.

Acadexa is designed for institutional use by schools. Student data is collected and managed by authorized school administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without school authorization and administrative control.
