Refund & Cancellation Policy

Acadexa is a SaaS-based School Management System. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures fair and transparent handling of all transactions made through our platform.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Institutions or users can request cancellation of their subscription by sending an email to support@acadexa.in. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of the subscription.
  • If a verified technical issue prevents system access and cannot be resolved within 15 business days, a prorated refund may be issued after verification.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
  • Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and service taxes are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Free Trials

Free trial periods are provided for evaluation purposes. Once a paid plan is activated, no refund will be issued for the trial duration.

4. Force Majeure

Acadexa shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, server outages, or third-party service disruptions.
