This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Acadexa – Where Academics Meet Excellence School Management System operated by Vardhman Creative Studio. Acadexa operates under a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
Institutions may request cancellation of their subscription by sending an email to support@acadexa.in. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in renewal for the next subscription term.
Free trials are offered solely for evaluation purposes. Once a paid subscription is activated, no refund will be issued for the trial period or any charges thereafter.
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support may result in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery actions where applicable.
Vardhman Creative Studio shall not be held liable for service delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, server outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
